Mission Statement

The mission of the Webster County Historical Society is to preserve and educate the public that it serves. It shall interpret and promote the cultural heritage of Fort Dodge and surrounding communities. This should be done by promotion of historical topics, research and collaboration with other organizations. The archives room is a public resource for all to access to learn more about the history of Webster County. The information available ensures that all communities in Webster County are represented and preserved.
